Removing the Safety Seal
Hold onto the tab and tear along the dotted line just under the cap.
Releasing Pellets into the Cap
- Turn the bottle upside down.
- Hold the bottle still and slowly turn the cap until one pellet drops.
If too many pellets come out, turn the bottle right side up and allow the pellets to fall back into the bottle.
How to Take Homeopathic Remedies
Drop one pellet into the cap then use the cap to drop the pellet under your tongue and let it dissolve. Avoid touching the pellet (the oil on your skin can negate the remedy).
For babies or young children unable to hold a pellet under their tongue, dissolve 5 pellets in 2 ounces of water, stir with a clean spoon and give ½ teaspoonful of the water as one dose.
Avoid having anything in the mouth (except water) 15 minutes before and after taking a remedy.
If symptoms are severe, take every 15 minutes. As symptoms start to improve, take less often: every 1-2 hours; then every 3-4 hours; then every 6-8 hours. Once the acute illness is resolved, take once a day for three days to prevent a relapse.
Storage & Handling
Store remedies in a cool, dry place out of the sunlight away from strong odors such as perfume or incense.
Keep away from electromagnetic radiation such as cell phones, computers and microwave ovens.
Keep pellets in the container they come in.
If flying, have the remedies hand-checked to avoid X-ray exposure at security screening.
