When German filmmaker and mother Natalie Beers was told by her doctor that it was time to give her one year old son the MMR vaccine, she set out to make sense of the conflicting information she found on the topic of vaccines. Her documentary, Man Made Epidemic, documents over two years of interviews with scientists, doctors and parents about the connection between vaccines and autism.

She concludes:

“In the past two years, I’ve spoken to many families, scientists and doctors. It became apparent to me that when it comes to vaccines things are not as black and white as they seem to be.

After the whistleblower scandal at the CDC, it is now clear that we are not being told the entire truth about vaccine safety and that there is a link between vaccines and autism. How many children are affected? We don’t know. And there are many more contributing factors to this epidemic that is for sure. We need to thoroughly investigate what is causing this epidemic and vaccines also need to be properly included in this equation.

What we demand as parents is independent research and unbiased safety studies. We have an epidemic that we need to take seriously for the sake of our children, our future.”

Man Made Epidemic is streaming this week at a discounted rate of $7.25.
